Barn: 36' x 36' fully rubber matted aisle barn, complete with electricity and water supply, and 4 fully galvanized 12' x 12' stalls and a separate 12' x 12' storage area, and a fully insulated 12' x 12' tack room. Grooming area is equipped with cross ties.
Pens: All our pens are south facing and have individual shelters. Most pens have 3 sided 12' x 12' shelters, some pens have 3.5 sided 12' x 16' shelters. All pens are fenced with heavyweight panels supported by solid wood posts. Pens are contained within a fully fenced yard located west of the arena.
Main Arena: 220' x 100', with post and rail fence, sand footing
Dressage Arena: Premium quality 'The Blok' dressage arena, set up within the main arena (20m x 60m) or within the east arena (20m x 40m)
East Arena: 120' x 200', panel fence, sand footing, easy access to main parking area
Round Pen: 66', panel fence, sand footing
Grooming and tacking up: We have multiple stout tie posts and hitching rails. Post are equipped with 'Blocker' tie rings, for safety. Grooming area within the barn is equipped with cross-ties.
Jumps: Schooling jumps and poles available, as conditions permit.
Main Pasture: Approximately 25 acres
East Pasture: Approximately 5 acres
North Pasture: Approximately 5 acres
Middle Ground: Approximately 5 acres
Wi-fi: Available for all boarders, students and visitors, we offer a free Wi-Fi service (password protected, contact Sue for daily access)
Parking: We are located a short drive from Falcon Highway, and we have a level parking area next to the east arena from which you may view the lessons and activities
Tack Storage: Boarders have 24/7 access to tack sheds which are equipped with individual saddle racks, bridle hooks, floor and/or shelf storage. Tack sheds are locked overnight and on rare occasions when facility is unattended.
Trailer Parking: Easy access, level parking area is provided for boarders to park their trailers, at no additional cost
Restroom: 'Porta-potty' on site, professionallyservicecd by United Site Services
